The Literary Arts Program presents "Keithstrasse: Celebrating Keith Waldrop," a two-day event honoring poet, publisher and Brown University professor Keith Waldrop, who will be retiring this year after 43 years at Brown. The Keithstrasse event will include four afternoon and evening readings featuring C.D. Wright, Forrest Gander, Susan Howe, Cole Swenson, and many others who have been published by Burning Deck Press, the iconic literary press run by Waldrop and his wife, the poet Rosmarie Waldrop. There will also be a reception and Waldropia Exhibit at the John Hay Library on Wednesday, May 4, from 2-3 p.m.
