Poet Susan Gevirtz is author of Black Box Cutaway, Prosthesis: Caesarea, Hourglass Transcripts, and a critical biography, Narrative’s Journey: The Fiction and Film Writing of Dorothy Richardson, among others.  Currently an adjunct professor in the M.F.A. Creative Writing Program at the University of San Francisco, she holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
