Michael Gizzi is the author of eleven books of poetry, including, most recently, My Terza Rima, Cured in the Going Bebop, Too Much Johnson, and No Both.  Formerly a licensed arborist, he has coordinated reading series’ at Simon’s Rock of Bard College and at Arrowhead, the former home of Herman Melville.  He is a former editor of Hard Press and lingo magazine, and is currently co-editor of Qua Press.  Gizzi is a Visiting Scholar in the Literary Arts Program at Brown, where he coordinates the popular Downcity Poetry Series.
