Zaynab Iliyasu Bobi, a Cave Canem Fellow in 2025, is a poet, a multidisciplinary artist, and a medical laboratory scientist from Bobi, Nigeria. She is the author of the chapbooks Cadaver of Red Roses (2024), which won the 2024 Derricotte/Eady Chapbook Prize, and Uncensored Snapshots (2025). Zaynab is a Literary Arts MFA candidate at Brown University and her debut full-length which won the 2025 Futurepoems Other Future Award is forthcoming in 2027.
